MATA-02624-QDIE
4 Channel Transimpedance Amplifier for FMCW LIDAR
The MATA-02624 is a four channel linear transimpedance amplifier with typical bandwidth of 1200MHz. It is designed to interface with a balanced pair of photodetectors typically used in FMCW applications, and includes selectable gain settings. The output noise and linearity of the MATA-02624 is optimized for FMCW LIDAR. The compact die size with 375 mm channel pitch supports using multiple die for interfacing with larger photodiode arrays with 500 mm pitch. The current in the upper photodiode of each pair can be monitored from the IMON output for each channel.
