96 Gbaud Dual Channel Linear TIA
The MATA-009803 is a linear TIA for coherent receivers supporting baud rates up to 96G and modulation formats up to 64QAM. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels from 0.14 to 3mApp differential and has bandwidth of 67GHz. In manual mode, the transimpedance gain can be controlled from 50Ω to 2kΩ via an external pin. In automatic mode, the gain is automatically adjusted to provide a constant output voltage ranging from 200-500mVpp differential. The peaking and bandwidth can be changed in three different states. The TIA has maximum output swing control circuit which can set limit for the maximum output swing. It also includes a peak detector output and output shutdown control.
