64 GBaud Dual Channel Linear TIA for 400G and 600G Coherent Receivers
The MATA-006806 is a linear TIA for coherent receivers supporting baud rates up to 64G and modulation formats up to 64QAM. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels from 0.14 to 3mApp differential and has bandwidth of 45 GHz. Input and output peak detectors are available for RSSI and AGC functionality. With excellent linearity and noise performance over the complete dynamic range, and power dissipation of 300mW per channel, the device is ideal for the next generation of micro-ICRs (Integrated Coherent Receivers) for metro applications at 600Gbps and beyond.
Available in wirebondable bare die and CuP Flip-Chip
