GaN Amplifier 28 V, 15 W 0.728 - 0.96 GHz

The MAPC-A1535 is a GaN-on-Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for applications 3 W average power and optimized for 728 - 960 MHz modulated signal operation. The device supports pulsed, and linear operation with peak output power levels to 15 W (42 dBm) in a 6 mm surface mount QFN package.
