The MAOD-xxxD25x-LCT9 series of products are high power directly modulated 25Gbps DFB laser diode chips for cooled and uncooled operation. It is for 50°C cooled operating temperature for 1286 nm wavelength, and an uncooled operating temperature range between -40°C and +95°C for 1300 nm wavelength. These products utilize a patented Etched Facet Technology, enabling high performance and product uniformity.
