The MAOD-1xxD10x-LCT2 series of products are directly modulated 10Gbps CWDM DFB laser diode chips with an operating temperature of -40ºC to +95ºC. The CWDM wavelengths covered are 1270 / 1290 / 1310 / 1330 nm. These products utilize a patented Etched Facet Technology enabling high performance and product uniformity. Product is available as tested die.
