Dual 227 Gbps EML/SiP Driver with Equalizer

The MALD-40227 is dual 227 Gbps EML/SiP driver with differential inputs and outputs and equalizer for 200G per lane application in die format. The power consumption is 900 mW for dual channel and 450 mW for single channel. The device has adjustable voltage gain up to 17 dB and 8 - 12 dB high frequency peaking which can be programmed via I2C interface, also output peak detector and temperature sensor can be read from MALD-40227. The linear output voltage can be adjusted up to 3.0 Vppd.
