Quad 26GBaud PAM4/NRZ VCSEL Driver

The MALD-38482 is a Quad 26 GBaud PAM4/NRZ VCSEL Driver designed to directly modulate VCSELs in transmit path of optical modules. The outputs are spaced on 250 μm centers to be compatible with standard optical interfaces. The device provide a two-wire serial interface which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents to eliminate the need for external components. The MALD-38482 is available in a 2800 μm x 2000 μm die supplied in waffle packs, whole wafers or quartered wafers.
