4 Channel RF Power Management Bias Controller with Integrated EEPROM And Output Switches

The MABC-11060 is a highly-integrated RF power management solution for communication infrastructure. The MABC-11060 contains four 13-bit, accurate DACs that support a negative output range from -10V to 0V and a positive output  range from 0V to +5V, and are capable of handling large output currents. The MABC-11060 features very high-integration and low-power making it ideal for compact, low-cost bias-control of RF power  amplifiers found in multichannel 5G communication systems. The flexible DAC output ranges allow the device to be used as a biasing  solution for a variety of transistor technologies including GaN, LDMOS and GaAs. The digital interface allows control of all four DAC outputs and gate currents. The MABC-11060D is available in a 24-pin, QFN package of size 4mm X 4mm. The device supports an operating temperature of  -40°C to +125°C.
