The ENGAD00036 is a packaged Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) operating across 2 to 18 GHz with a saturated output power (Psat) of greater than 10 Watts and average 25% power added efficiency (PAE). The ENGAD00036 uses SMA interfaces for the RF input and output ports. The ENGAD00036 operates with a single 28 V supply voltage. The SSPA uses the ENGDA00139A MMIC which offers >10 Watts output power and 25% average PAE.
